As mentioned before, Addison got a Power Wheels a month or so ago. At first she would get on it and go a few feet and stop and then get off and then get back on and go a few more feet and so on and so on. Now she gets on it and takes off. She loves it, She is even trying tricks on it, like standing, one hand and my favorite no pants! Last Friday Addison and I were in the back yard trimming the trees and hedges. Keith had just gotten home from work and joined us in the back yard. We got the Power Wheels out and she took off right for the water yelling "water"! So Keith had to redirect her and run alongside her as she went with no help. However, she doesn't want to wear "helmey" the whole time. She takes him off halfway and then refuses to put him back on, which is a little disconcerting when your one year old wants to do tricks. At one point she was in the neighbors yard and said "all done" and got off and then pushed the power wheel into our yard as if it had run out of gas. She is so funny! It is so nice outside right now that she is going to get many hours of use out of it. Thanks Dad for such a fun gift!
